cost and payment

I offer a free 10-minute phone consultation to answer any questions you may have. Please use the contact me page on this site or call me at 480-241-4910 and leave a message indicating a good time to call you.

I do not participate in any managed care insurance plans.

However, if you have health insurance you can check with your insurance company to see if you have any out of network coverage for behavioral health. If you do, check what the coverage is and whether your insurance would cover my services. I can supply required diagnoses and appropriate invoices which you can then submit for possible reimbursement. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company about coverage and possible reimbursement.

My fee is $130 for a 50 minute session. Payment is expected at each session.

Payment can be made by cash, check, credit card, or PayPal.

session cancellation or no-show

If we schedule a session, the time is reserved solely for the you.

If you need to cancel an appointment you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

​If you do not give sufficient notice or do not show up for the appointment, you are responsible for paying for the reserved session time, except in cases of genuine emergency as judged by the therapist.
